OneGoat is an AI swag studio where users can create custom products for purchase. Our platform enables users to design unique products using AI technology and have them printed and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

You may use our AI-powered tools to create custom designs for products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and our fulfillment partners. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these Terms or our content policies.
You retain ownership of any designs or content You create using the Platform. By using the Platform, You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and fulfilling your orders.
The Platform and its contents (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Steppable Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our return policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL STEPPABLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steppable Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
